Vanguard High School

Allstate overcame a four month delay caused by permitting issues with the Water Management District to complete the project on schedule and get the students in their classrooms on time. Construction consisted of four phases which included the relocation of portable classrooms and infrastructure, site work and utility upgrades, new and upgraded parking lot areas and sidewalks, building renovations, complete renovation of the gymnasium including locker rooms and coaches facilities, new construction of a cafeteria/auditorium, two new classroom buildings, extensive renovations to existing buildings, HVAC upgrades to the gymnasium, and ADA renovations to Buildings Three and Four.
