Technical & Industrial Education Building

Allstate Construction provided construction management services for Southern Regional Technical College’s new Technical & Industrial Education Building, a state-of-the-art facility designed to support workforce development and program growth. The building expands instructional space for automotive, diesel, welding, construction, HVAC, and electrical technology programs while incorporating advanced training technologies and campus maintenance operations.
