Blue Ridge Campus Expansion

Allstate Construction has played a key role in the growth of the University of North Georgia’s Blue Ridge Campus through two major expansion projects. The first delivered a new Instructional Classroom Building featuring academic classrooms, laboratories, student support spaces, computer labs, study areas, and administrative offices. Building on that success, Allstate was selected for the campus’s next phase of development, which includes a new academic facility for the College of Education and the College of Health Sciences and Professions, expanded student collaboration spaces, and a multi-purpose event venue accommodating up to 300 people. Together, these projects enhance educational opportunities and support the continued growth of the Blue Ridge Campus.
