Colquitt County Jail

Allstate Construction is providing construction management services for the expansion and renovation of the Colquitt County Jail in Moultrie, Georgia. The project includes a new 250-bed housing pod with modular steel detention cells, a medical building with enhanced healthcare services, renovations to the existing booking and processing areas, a new central control center, secure inmate transport facilities, and upgraded support spaces. Upon completion, the project will provide a modern, secure, and efficient correctional facility that enhances safety, operational performance, and inmate care.
