Allstate Construction is providing construction management services for the renovation and expansion of the Griffin Bell Conference Center at Georgia Southwestern State University. The project includes the rehabilitation of the historic clubhouse, selective demolition of later additions, and construction of a new 4,000-square-foot addition. Designed to preserve the facility’s historic character while enhancing its functionality, the completed center will provide administrative offices, meeting spaces, and community-focused amenities that support entrepreneurship, education, and engagement across the region.
