North Monroe Financial Center

Allstate Construction completed the new construction of Envision Credit Union’s full-service financial center located on North Monroe Street. The work was completed in phases with Phase One including renovations and new construction of the automated drive-through teller services from the City of Tallahassee’s drive-through payment center, which was the site’s former occupant. Phase Two included the new construction of the main financial services facility, and was completed in just twelve months. The new, two-story facility provides 10,000 square feet of administrative space for 22 employees, and includes a community room designated for education-based financial literacy efforts. The second floor houses additional commercial spaces for future expansion.
