Howard Middle School

The Howard Middle School project is a phased construction project at an occupied middle school. Special care was taken to be non-disruptive to the students and faculty of the school. Allstate ensured that construction was scheduled around the students’ testing schedule and that the faculty and administration had buy-in for the project. Scope of work includes the new construction of a cafetorium and administration building, renovations including new MEP and finishes for fourteen other buildings on campus, and stormwater and utility site improvements.
