Allstate Construction transformed the historic Rialto Theater in The Villages into the modern Genesis Fitness Center, blending the building’s iconic exterior with contemporary fitness and wellness amenities. The renovated facility features a spacious open gym floor, mezzanine-level studios for group fitness classes, and a variety of amenities including a juice bar, retail area, locker rooms, and sauna.
