National Guard Readiness Center - Panama City
New National Guard Readiness Center
Client: Florida Department of Military Affairs
Size of Project: 65,000 sq ft
The new 65,000-square-foot Army National Guard Readiness Center, completed for the Florida Department of Military Affairs, replaces facilities destroyed by Hurricane Michael in 2018. Located on a 25-acre site near Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport, the complex provides modern training, administrative, medical, and equipment storage spaces designed to enhance operational readiness, homeland security capabilities, and disaster response. The facility also incorporates hardened structural systems, Anti-Terrorism and Force Protection measures, and a full-building standby generator to ensure safe, resilient operations during emergency events.
