Allstate Construction has partnered with Lowndes County on a multi-phase expansion and modernization of the Lowndes County Jail in Valdosta, Georgia, improving capacity, safety, and operational efficiency for this essential correctional facility. The first two phases delivered the core administrative spaces and two housing pods totaling 512 beds, completed on accelerated schedules and within budget while maintaining full facility operations. The most recent phase added a new 13,843-square-foot medical wing with 130 beds.
