University Academy Charter School

The University Academy was a phased conversion of the old Panama City / Bay County Airport site into a K-8 charter school. The space conversion provided new administration offices, classrooms, cafeteria, outside playground and activity facilities with a second phase to build-out additional classroom space on the second floor. In 2022, we started reconstruction services to construct a new gymnasium on campus.
