Taylor Primary / PreK-2 School

Allstate completed this specially funded FLDOE project which includes classrooms, administrative space, library, courtyard/playground and a kitchen/cafetorium creating a new learning environment for 1000-students. The campus was constructed adjacent to occupied and operational Taylor County Middle School requiring a detailed safety plan that included procedures similar to that of work being performed on an occupied campus. Extensive site work including more than 2,000 feet of traffic stacking road was constructed to prevent parents from having to park in the main road during drop off and pick up times. Construction is masonry with brick veneer including light gauge metal trusses and a sloped metal roof system.
