Madison Youth Ranch

Allstate completed numerous facilities creating this new complex for the Florida United Methodist Children’s Home. The first phase provided two new 7,930 sq ft group homes; each consisting of twelve youth bedrooms with individual bathrooms and two house parent bedrooms with individual bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, tornado shelter, mechanical rooms and a great room. The second phase provided three new facilities including a 207-seat Chapel, Aquatic Facility with 2,500 sq ft swimming pool, 554 sq ft pool house, and aluminum canopies with security beams notifying staff if fence is breached and security cameras, and Administration Building that includes offices, conference space and a nursing station. Work included installation of the site, domestic water wells and underground pipe, fire water wells and underground pipe, underground electrical, site lighting, data and communications.
