Pruitt Healthcare Facilities

Allstate has completed and later expanded two separate Pruitt Healthcare Facilities for Bay Healthcare located in Panama City and Tallahassee. Both locations have met the requirements set forth by Florida’s Agency for Healthcare Construction (AHCA). Both locations were constructed at over 65,000 sq ft each, and provide their communities with a single-story senior facility on a newly developed site constructed of wood-framed exterior walls and trusses, brick, stone, and wood siding veneer systems; and shingle roofing. Each facility includes patient care bedrooms, healthcare support spaces, reception area, medical records, nurses’ stations, pharmacy services, nurse call systems, rehabilitation and physical therapy services, and other spaces round out the planned healthcare services supported. Each facility also includes food services/dining, multiple living and activity areas, a chapel, movie theater, library, coffee bar, beauty salon, and outdoor courtyards that include playground equipment for visiting family and friends with children. In 2020 (8,000 sq ft in Tallahassee) and 2021 (18,000 sq ft in Panama City), each site received an expansion to provide additional patient rooms, administrative spaces and backup generators; all while remaining fully operational and in the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
