The Peyton T. Anderson Enrollment Center is a new 18,300 square foot admissions building at the front of Middle Georgia State University’s Macon Campus. The Enrollment Center provides a gateway and information center for assisting new and current students with navigating the process of college applications, securing financial aid, meeting with academic advisors, and registering for courses, as well as their transition into professional careers after graduation. The new facility houses representatives from admissions, financial aid, and advising services to create a simplified collaborative process and a positive collegiate experience. The building consists of a large open Commons for student collaboration, 24-seat conference room with operable glass wall to enlarge the Commons for large events, a Coffee/Snack bar, Interactive Wall to ease student navigation, 13 individual offices, break room, and a hoteling office space for university recruiters.
