PanCare’s Regional Healthcare Center in Panama City, currently under construction, will provide superior specialty care to North Florida. These specialty clinics will accept patients with Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance, as well as be the only specialty provider in our region that provides services on an affordable sliding fee scale for uninsured patients. Allstate was selected to complete this and several other projects for PanCare Health in the local region. We recently completed health clinics in Port St. Joe, and on the Gulf Coast State College campus, and a Pharmacy location in Port St. Joe. The completely new Regional Healthcare Center Complex which is comprised of five separate buildings including a pharmacy, dental clinic, and other medical offices in Panama City, Florida in underway. The 5,700 sq ft pharmacy was the first to start and includes retail space in the front half of the facility with an ophthalmology clinic in the back half. This will be followed by several additional clinics on the same campus and an administrative building. Most of the buildings will be single-story with at least one two-story building. The Port St. Joe PanCare Clinic was a remodel of a former downtown bank including extensive, select demolition in preparation for the new work to begin. It provides a new 3,000 sq ft health clinic to the local community. The Gulf Coast State College Campus PanCare Clinic was remodeled from a former full-service kitchen, and provides PanCare with five exam rooms on campus and an on-site laboratory.
