PanCare Health Clinics and Pharmacies
Panama City / Port St. Joe, Florida
Client: PanCare Health
Size of Project: Multiple Facilities and Locations
PanCare’s Regional Healthcare Center in Panama City will provide superior specialty care to North Florida. These specialty clinics will accept patients with Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance, as well as be the only specialty provider in our region that provides services on an affordable sliding fee scale for uninsured patients. Allstate was selected to complete this and several other projects for PanCare Health in the Panhandle region. We have already completed health clinic/pharmacy in Port St. Joe, and a clinic on the Gulf Coast State College campus, and portions of the new Regional Healthcare Center Complex are also complete. We are starting a clinic in Chipley soon. The new Regional Complex is comprised of multiple buildings including a pharmacy, dental clinic, and other medical offices in Panama City, Florida. The 5,700 sq ft pharmacy was the first building and includes retail space in the front half of the facility with an ophthalmology clinic in the back half. This is followed by several additional clinics on the same campus and an administrative building. Most of the buildings will be single-story with at least one two-story building. The Port St. Joe PanCare Clinic was a remodel of a former downtown bank including extensive, select demolition in preparation for the new work to begin. It provides a new 3,000 sq ft health clinic and pharmacy to the local community. The Gulf Coast State College Campus PanCare Clinic was remodeled from a former full-service kitchen, and provides PanCare with five exam rooms on campus and an on-site laboratory.
