Nuclear Medicine Suite at Jackson Hospital
Marianna, FL
Client: Jackson Hospital
Size of Project: 4,800 sq ft
Allstate began by demolishing an entire existing office and clinical space to be converted into the new Nuclear Medicine Suite in the occupied medical environment. IRCA guidelines in addition to our typical safety protocols were implemented to ensure no adverse disruption to this critical environment. New space provides the hospital with a larger and improved Nuclear Medicine and Cardiovascular Medicine Suite and included new partition walls, radiation shielding, nursing call stations, and new systems including fire alarm, low voltage and medical gas. Work occurred adjacent to the Emergency Room and much of the affected systems were shared with the Emergency Room requiring extremely close coordination for any shutdowns.
