Eustis Heights Elementary School

Eustis Heights Elementary provided the community with a 900-student elementary school campus including administration building, cafetorium, library /media center, and a 2-story classroom building. Site improvements of the more than 15-acre site included three outdoor playgrounds, a covered play area, new bus loop and a parking lot. New campus wide chilled water HVAC systems were completed to support the new campus and the existing renovated classroom buildings. The project included the renovation and re-purposing of three existing classroom building totaling just over 33,000 square-feet.
