Tri Delta Sorority - FSU Chapter House

Allstate Construction demolished the original Florida State University Chapter of Tri Delta Sorority House and constructed this new 24,000 sq ft, two-story facility in its place. Space includes 26 dormitory rooms, large reception area, kitchen and dining areas, living and entertainment space, chapter rooms and study areas. The new house was constructed on a very short, aggressive 12-month schedule in order to allow move-in prior to the following Fall semester. The building is constructed of structural steel frame with light-gauge trusses and brick veneer.
