Rainey Construction and Home Warranty Office

The Home Warranty Center is a single-story, 13,280 sq ft masonry-constructed facility that provides administrative space for The Villages Residential Construction. Space includes offices, conference room and training space. The Rainey Construction project is a two-story, 40,000 sq ft building that provides both an industrial / heavy equipment repair facility and administrative space for Rainey Construction, The Villages’ site development office. About a third of this facility, both on the first and second floors is dedicated to administrative / office space while the remainder is a 7-bay heavy equipment service and repair center. The service / repair center includes an interior, overhead heavy-lift crane system, a maintenance fluid delivery system hard piped into the facility and heavy equipment floor lifts. The building includes a two-stop hydraulic elevator, as well as a high-strength slab-on-grade to support the weight of the equipment being serviced. Allstate was also involved in the construction of the additional electrical work required to support the installation of an owner-supplied standby generator, freshwater treatment plant, wastewater treatment plant, and fuel tank islands.
