Magnet Innovation Center

Allstate Construction supported the growth of the Magnet Innovation Center for the Walton County School District through a multi-phase project that included major renovations and new construction. The first two phases transformed three modular buildings into modern STEAM laboratories and classrooms with upgraded building systems, laboratory casework, and technology infrastructure meeting current K-12 SREF standards. The final phase delivered a new 8,500-square-foot precast concrete administration building with offices and flexible collaboration spaces, completing a state-of-the-art campus designed to foster innovation and student success.
